Take Several Breaks

Taking a break away from your computer display every hour or so can help reduce eye strain as well as other "comfort" issues that can develop with constant computer use.  Frequent short breaks are likely to be of better benefit than infrequent long breaks.  So take a moment to stand up and stretch – or simply to step away.  Need a reminder?  If you can't remember, set a timer.
