At Your Service

Have you talked to Casey?  He joined the E-zekiel customer support team in November 2007, and he's gotten rave reviews from customers.  As one wrote,  "Casey in Customer Support was absolutely wonderful in helping us today. He is truly an asset to your wonderful company and rightly deserves to be encouraged as such."  Casey enjoys being in leadership at his church, and his goal is to enter into full-time ministry at some point in the future.
E-zekiel's customer support team is located in our own office and provides support via phone and email.  They assist with all sorts of functions – from troubleshooting email setup to answering sales questions and walking customers through the various functions of the application.

Promoting a Link on the Home Page

As you create a new page for your web site, the Details section gives you the option to "Promote on Home Page."  If you select "yes" in this category, a link to the page you are creating is automatically added as a "Just for You" feature on your home page.  This is a way to give special attention to special information.  You can change your "yes" or "no" selection at any time.

Who is the Webmaster?

Tuesday, January 27, 2009 View Comments Comments (0)
If you've been on a few Web sites in your day, you've probably seen a phrase at the bottom of a home page that goes something like, "For questions or comments regarding the technical aspects of the website, please contact the webmaster."
The webmaster is the person in an organization who is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of a site.  The job may involve the actual site creation – whether writing HTML code or using a content management system – as well as creating the pages, organizing the site's structure, and keeping it up to date.  The webmaster is also obviously the one to respond to emailed technical questions.
The webmaster title is based on the information technology component, but in organizations where individuals wear many hats, and where "information technology" involves the easy-to-use E-zekiel CMS, the "webmaster" could be the pastor, the communications director, or anyone else logically responsible for promotion, communication and content development.

How to Replace Text with a Graphic in Word

Monday, January 19, 2009 View Comments Comments (0)
A picture is worth a thousand words?  Maybe, but sometimes one word equals one graphic image.  So, when you're working in Word want to replace the text in your document with an image – example: exchange company name for company logo – all you have to do is complete the following steps:
1. Place the graphic somewhere (anywhere) in your document.
2. Select the graphic.
3. Press Ctrl+X. The graphic will be removed and placed on the Clipboard.
4. Press Ctrl+H. The Find-and-Replace dialog box will appear at the Replace tab.
5. Enter the text you want replaced with the graphic in the Find What field.
6. In the Replace With field, enter ^c, or click on Special and choose Clipboard Contents.
7. If that's all you want to replace, click Replace All.  If you want more text replaced with same image, click on Find Next and continue until finished.
